I think they might have been clearing out stock ;

Points you to amazon, and at that listing you can only buy it used with low stock or new from a 3rd party seller (not Anker).

I would clearly choose something like this for similar functionality in a lower price range:

With USB-C and no Alexa. I don’t really understand the draw of a smart assistant in your car beyond the one built into my phone.

I guess it is the hand free aspect

I had another roav that had where you can BT your phone over the car radio.

My oldest liked that roav unsure of this one rt now.

I will need to check this one out soon. Well if clearing out stock or not, It will be way better than the one I have now.

That image is pretty good! How are the speakers and microphone on it?

Hey @ikari04warrior
Haven’t tested the speaker but microphone is actually good.
I hear Debs chatting to Charlie as they get into the car. Also the garden with the small grey car has a stones on the from garden and you can hear those crunch under the neighbours feet.
I’ll try to pull a review together over Xmas, I’ve also got a review on the PowerPort II 45w to pull together too. Just struggle for time.

But it isn’t strong enough to hear my roaring “Prosit” from München to you!

I’d work with your neighbours, talk with them, some can feel invasion of privacy pointing at their property.

There was also a court judgement based on audio recording earlier this year.

There’s lots of cameras all over so in reality it is really reliant on someone caring to complain so best head it off.

Maybe if I turn the volume right up Franz

Good advice for anyone with home security cameras @professor
And you might have guessed, I’ve do that.
My immediate neighbour was over the moon their new car is covered, the one further down didn’t care.

As you say some people still have privacy issues, which kind of understand. So far the experience with the camera and neighbours have been positive.

Good. You did it right already.

@paulstevenewing

You could do the family and guest function in the Eufy app. You just need their email address and then in the family and guest section, you can grant them guest access to the camera (view ability and not the ability to change setting).

When they log into the eufy app they will have access to the camera as well but as stated not change any settings.

Family and guest section is under the 3 lines on the upper left hand of the app.
If you move the camera, you can always, take the access away from them.

As you know I have cameras around the house but the speaker and mic are not the best. But for the price I can’t complain much.

And looking forward to that one as well

As far you have a good friendship to your neighbors there is no problem.
But if there is a real “enemy” living next door there could arise huge problems.

Thats a great feature. I had seen the setting but not explored it or thought of using it in that way @Duane_Lester :+1:t2:

Well I won’t promise but will do my best @ikari04warrior
The next few weeks will be quite busy. The times that aren’t so busy will be beer filled :sunglasses::beer:

That’s the right way.
The probing of the camera can wait.
Christmas time is often stress. So relaxing is important.

And how busy work had been the last few months, I certainly need some relaxation Franz :+1:t2:

So could that make a mesh cooperate security network where you control your camera(s) with your neighbours able to view your camera(s) that you granted them?

So a street could cooperate so they share cameras?

Cheers friend :+1: I just might have a beer or two this weekend. Gotta finish Christmas shopping first tho lol

Best would be a mesh to control the neighbor’s sleeping rooms.
Would be a lot of entertainment for all.
This way the neighborhood will get very close pretty soon.

Found a family member who had a greater need than I did, boom Christmas present!

So it worked out well for everyone.
