Even mine was posted through the letter box.

I say that, as since the council replaced all the “front” doors on all flats (since that fire). They put a flap over the letter box, so as to stop people being able to undo your lock… Which on the older doors was thing if.you had a Yale type lock. Now all the doors are fitted with double euro-cylinder locks, that isn’t an issue.

So I’m often getting the postie knocking for items that would normally go through a “standard” letterbox.

As I am the only retired commandante here in the road,
all posties ( new word for me Mac, I like :wink:)
leave the registered stuff for the neighbours here.

So my daily stroll in the evening is delivering and some chat!
It is a real task as well! :joy:
