Uhh, the whole thing. It’s just made of cheap plastic. Especially the buttons

The plastic is not cheap, I’ve seen and felt much cheaper for not much less of a price. The plastic is made so it’s more flexible but it will snap if you have like a foot-wide head.
And also, it’s $60, they packed a lot of quality for the price and I’m sure that was the best they could do for ANC.
