Hi, I posted thread we seem to be getting a lot of support new threads.
For some reason, questions which can only really be answered directly with Anker are coming to this community. While we always had support questions here, it seems to have upticked recent weeks.
Why?
What is directing them here?
Ideas for a fix?
This forum is meant to have these:

But they seem to be fairly quiet /slow/reactive and the best user approach is to go to email, but they aren’t.

So imagine the relief of not just 1 but 3 new members being so helpful concise and so efficient within a 18 hour period. Turn the tide of the same members helping. Takes a load off the rest of us.

I have the windows solution, but no mac. For windows, the Q10s have 2 modes, headset and headphones. Headset mode is what you want to use for zoom and anything that requires the use of the mic, and can be activated in the control panel.
