I’ve been a bit frustrated with the new testing program. I got picked to test the new power line cable but it never came in the mail. I didn’t get an email. Just a notification through the website.
I’m not able to sign up for any other testing because it thinks I have testing to do. I’m stuck. Any suggestions?

Have you contacted @AnkerOfficial or emailed them direct.
I’ve normally found them helpful in the odd occasion I’ve needed them.
Have you checked your junk mail for the email?
You should contact AnkerOffical.
There should be help. 
And don’t forget: Take a look at your spam folder…
Definitely look in your spam folder. If it’s not there, then contact support@anker.com and they will look into it for you.
