Hey all,
My viva has stopped to responding to “Alexa”, everything else appears normal, connects, turns green during calls, etc. I have performed all of the software updates that have been pushed to me, including one after it stopped responding (3.3.6, stopped working, flashed 3.3.10, still not working). I contacted tech chat support, provided all of my info but no actual help. Has this happened to anyone else?
