Video Doorbell Multiple Phones

I can’t seem to add another phone/user for notifications to my video doorbell. Every time I go through the invite family… process, it gives them access to the device but remove the device from my phone. I tried this about 4 times already and it does the same thing every time. Device shows up on one phone then the other but never for both. Is this doable or not. If not, this is a waste of money.

I’ve got the new wireless doorbell with Homebase and I have me and the wife set up on different accounts logged in and receiving the notifications etc.

as @Oggyboy mentioned, he and his wife have theirs setup on separate accounts. So you will need to do the same and have each user have their own account, otherwise it will do as you have found and only be in one phone
