The brightness is too high, even in the lowest level. I know that I can turn it off, but thats not the solution.

agreed, it would be nice to have the brightness level available to be turned down lower.

Is nobody from Soundcore / Anker here ?

Have you tried using the Soundcore app? Maybe there is a setting for it there

Of course I used the soundcore app…
