Unable to update firmware on Soundcare 2 speaker on Mac with OS X Mojave

I can not get the download tool, and, firmware update for SC 2 to work!
The tool opens and does nothing!

Try re-downloading the firmware sometimes when downloading it becomes corrupted.

If you follow this video step by step you should be able to apply the new firmware.

May I ask what features you are hoping to get out of the new firmware?
