My Soundcore Liberty Air always works well. But now, the left bud doesn’t work. When it is put in the case, the light works but when i take it away the case, the light will immediately stop working. The light also doesn’t work when i try to hold and tap it to reset. Is this happened because the case can’t charge my left bud? What should i do now?

Check the affected bud for debris and the charging port for debris.
Once trying that then email support quoting order details and serial number.
I had the same problem with the first pair I received. I think there was a defect in one of the shipments, because not everyone has had this issue, but those who have, have had the same problems. Yea, you are best off email support@soundcore.com with the Order# and tell them you have troubleshooted it. BTW
- Reset Earbuds
- Take buds out of case, making sure the case is charged.
- Put them back in and leave the lid open.
- With the lid open press and hold the button on the back for 5 seconds or until the buds flash red
- Once you have done that they are reset and if you are still experiencing the problem email Support
