I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue with not getting the promised cash for a genuine referral? I have had to chase the $100 I was promised for a referral that went thru - they purchased, didn’t return within the 30 days and the check or credit should have been mine. When I made enquiries, it was hard for them to track it and yet, I got an email telling me my about the referral and the $100 arriving in 30 days. Anyone else not had the promised referral money?

Can you please mention what was this referral about and from where was it - Social Media / Amazon / Anker site? for which geography is this - US, UK, Europe?

Since you mentioned about an email, have you checked your spam folder for any follow-up email?
