Soundcore Vortex no sound from left speaker while connected to Bluetooth

As the title say my Soundcore Vortex has no sound from left speaker while connected to Bluetooth, but when connected through wire both sides work fine.

What is the device (OS) you are connecting to?

Using with Samsung tab s4 and mi 9t phone… Same issue on both

So it really seems the item is defective.
You should contact service@soundcore.com adding the date of purchase and serial number.
I am sure you will get an answer soon.
