I’m trying to connect my Soundcore Spirit 2 to the laptop but seems its now working. Is there something I need to do? Can you pair it with the laptop to listen to e.g. Youtube? Help!

I suppose You are using WIN.
If so you should delete the default bt driver and install the driver given from the manufacturer of the bt card.
Do the earbuds connect to another device (phone)?
@Maisk Are the earbuds not pairing at all with Windows or are you not getting any audio once paired?
They do connect to my phone without a problem. But I can’t connect to the laptop despite it being discovered.

First, sorry for my bad English, but unfortunately I’m from Germany. I had the same problem, but I just bought a bluetooth adapter to connect the speaker to the laptop. Greetings Fabian

Yes, by connecting the earbuds with such an adapter,
