hello everyone, I have a soundcore rave neo. It was working fine and then one day it just stopped coming on. I have tried plugging it in to charge it. that doesnt work either. is there anyway i can try to reset it to get it to come on or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Does that mean you can not switch on the speaker?
Leave it plugged in for at least 8 hours
