I just bought these QC20s off of Amazon and they just arrived. I turn on NC expecting NC to turn on yet I could hear everything around me still. I did a reset and same problem occurred.
SOUNDCORE Q20 NC not working
The NC on Q20 (if anything like Life 2) is not great at blocking off human noise. It’s mostly for AC/Fan noise in the background. I haven’t tested my Life 2 on a bus or something so no idea about it but at home it tones down some human noise if I’m in a different room from everyone else (primary use case for me)
