Soundcore motion + not showing battery status

Hi,
I have a problem with my Soundcore motion + speaker. It is not showing battery status correctly (on the connected to it smartphone) - it always shows 100% , even when the speaker has been used for hours. Problem occurs on different smartphones as well (checked it on OnePlus and Samsung and it shows 100% battery on both devices). Have anyone encountered this issue and if so did you find a solution?

Ps. I tried third party battery checking app , it also shows 100% (when i know it was used for hours ).

Hi @Qba101 have you checked the firmware is at the latest version using the Soundcore app? You could also try powering down while holding the power button.

Sorry for deley in response. I’ve tried both of this things and nothing works… still it’s showing 100% all the time
