Hi, I’m currently having trouble connecting my Life Q30 to their app, which says they haven’t been connected for over 2 weeks now. How can I fix this and get the app to register them again?
Hi @SpiroKontos , have you tried reinstalling the app (Soundcore) with a fresh pairing while signing into your account on the app?
Just did exactly that a while ago before your reply and it fixed the connection issue.
