Recently bought a Q20 but when using AUX cable to connect it with my PC
microphone breakdown
and the same on my phone
I want to use it for gaming so I can’t use Bluetooth because of the delay
can anyone help me, please…

You can try to find a 4 pole aux cable.
The cable that comes with, I believe is only 3 pole, which doesn’t have mic output.
Perhaps if you find one for reasonable price, you should get it and try out. And hopefully you have better success than I, as I got a 4 pole for use with my Q10s and ms teams, and didn’t have any success.
