Just bought a pair of Soundcore liberty lite earphones and I love the sound but now I can’t use them. Every time I try to play music, the right earphone turns off almost immediately. Has anyone experienced the same issue??

Have you fully charged them? Put them back into the case and make sure the charging light turns on and let them charge for a few hours
Done it and I think they’re fully charged but every time I push play, they turn off.
