Hi, i bought today new SoundCore Liberty Air True Wireless Earbuds and i ve got a problem. Left earbud is normally charging (when i open the case it shows white led), but the problem is that right earbud is like not working. When it is in the case it doesnt show any LED, tried pressing on the multitouch etc. Is it a defect? Should i return them? Thank you for your help!

Did you remove the plastic that covers the charging points? Did it come off inside the case blocking them from charging?
