Soundcore liberty air left no light

i have problem with soundcore liberty air the LED light on the left one is not working even i put it in case there is no light , what i do . i buy it before one hour and it did`t working , please help me

Did you make sure to remove the plastic that’s over the charging port? Look inside the case to see if it came off there
