Hey guys,
My ear bud has been great, however my right ear bud has lost significant amount of volume compared to the left ear bud.
Just wondering if any of you have experienced the same issue. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi. Have you tried checking and cleaning out the ear bud? It may be obstructed. If that’s not the case, contact support … service@soundcore.com. Hope that helps.

Apart from cleaning the surface, is there a way to clean the interior? I don’t think I can open the earbud, even if I wanted to. Unless there is some trick.

I would not try to open if they are under warranty.
Do so as Nhi suggested contact the support.
I would NOT open it up. Just take a q-tip and run it along the inside, where the sound comes out of. I did this on my husband’s Airpods and was surprised at how caked it was with ear wax. YUCK!!! But as @Chiquinho said, contact support if you need further help… service@soundcore.com. Best of luck
