So I have had these for about 5 months. Pretty happy with them for what they are.
Recently I noticed the left side stopped charging. Turns out one of the charging contact has fallen out. Clearly a manufacturing/design defect.
Anyway, I contacted Anker/Soundcore and basically was denied any help because I didn’t buy it from an “authorized” re-seller.
Anyone has any ideas on how I could resurrect it?
