I have an unusual glitch with my soundcore.
When I press the volume-up button, instead of increasing the volume, the soundcore will make a ‘version zero five four’ sound and then disconnect and make another sound like a warning sound. And when I try to reconnect my phone it will ask me to forget the device.
I have tried to do a hard reset by pressing the power button for 8 seconds but it doesn’t work.
What should I do?

I don’t believe the Soundcore 2 even has voice announcements! Definitely an odd issue. Please reach out to service@soundcore.com for assistance!
