I have Upgraded SoundBuds Slim headphones that have stopped working. They won’t turn on and when connected to USB charger the light flashes red and blue. I’ve attempted various button combinations to no effect. Help!

Flashing light when connected to charger is not normal so try holding volume up and down buttons together for about 8 seconds. This will reset the earbuds and see if that helps. If not, reach out to Soundcore at service@soundcore.com and see if they can help
