Has anyone found any commands that work through other alexa devices to control the Soundbar? All are recognised devices on my alexa account, but giving any voice commands via alexa referencing the Soundbar results in a cryptic response along the lines of “the hub the Soundbar is connected to its not responding” even when it is turned on

Try to set if there is an Nebula Soundbar firmware update available and update it.
Also, since not many in the community might have the Nebula Soundbar, it would be better to contact Nebula support support@seenebula.com
