Sound core 2 auto power on off

Recently I bought soundcore 2. I can not manually power off it. once I power off it after some time automatically power on. Is there any reason for that. is that a fault in my soundcore 2

If the SoundCore is automatically powering back on, after physically powering off, it does sound like a fault. I would suggest you email support@anker.com with your purchase date, serial and any troubleshooting steps taken so that they can assist you under your 18 month warranty.
