Solix C800 not registering output on screen

I recently purchased a Solix C800 and I have been testing a PA speaker (Mackie Thump 212XT), to see how quickly the speaker would drain the C800.

The C800 screen is not registering any current output power, and also doesn’t provide estimated time for battery to deplete. I hooked up a Kill-a-Watt meter, and it said the speaker was drawing 12.5 watts. Is that too low for the C800 to register information on the screen?

I’ve not experienced this as far as I can tell. I’ll try to hook up something really low wattage soon and get back with you. Did you reach out to support?

The AC port will not show output wattage unless power draw is over 20 watts. Try plugging a phone charger into the other AC port It should bring you right over the limit.
