Good luck. They should work towards getting the most diverse assortment of types of users.
They should seek some “drop test” attempt to break the product type users to give it a robustness evaluation. For example if someone is going to lift out of truck at say 3ft from ground, the drop test should be from 3ft.
If it’s important enough to spend $$$ on it, then it’s important enough to test in real-world situations, not just a narrow expected use case.
