Screenshot resolution and button

Hi Everyone,

I have the eufy Indoor Camera 2K and when I take a screenshot using the screenshot feature on the app (not phone-based screenshot) the screenshots seem low resolution when I export it to my computer, the image properties show 640x360. Is there anyway to make the screenshot 1920x1080?

Another question is with the screenshot button itself, it appears on the eufy app while live streaming on portrait mode but when you go full screen/landscape the only button that does not appear is screenshot. Is there a way to bring the screenshot button into landscape/full screen mode?

Hey all, just an update to the original post: I had my live stream quality setting set to Low and that provided me with that screenshot resolution of 640x360. When you set it to High, you get the better 2304x1296 resolution screenshot.
