RoboVac G30 brush enclosure issue

Hi everyone

I’ve got a RoboVac G30 which has just been replaced due to the brush enclosure being completely rounded.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue? It’s only 6 months old and I don’t want the new one doing the same.

All started when the roller brush started rounding at the end of the bit that sticks into the motor.

Seems there is something disturbing the rotation.
Could be hair or debris.
You need to open the vacc and take a look inside

I thought so too, but it’s cleaned every day.

Looks like the plastic part is too soft.

Send the photo to the EUFY-support.
May be there is a possibility to swap it.
The vacc can be disassembled easily.
There are many videos around to see how.

This the part from our 3 years old “Willy”.

Hi Franz

They have swapped the device

I just want to make sure that I can do everything I can to make sure it doesn’t happen to the replacement unit.

Hope so.
Good luck,
I swapped the left side brush motor of my “Old Willy”
“Old Willy” is a very famous 11S here at the forum, beside
others.
He is now more than 3 years old.
He got a new battery, a new left sidebrush motor and a new filter.
Now he is strong and tough like a young one!
