Robovac 30c wheel stuck

Hello. I bought the robovav eufy 30c in march 2021 but it keeps stop working. It spins then stops stating the wheel is stuck. I’ve watched all the YouTube videos, cleaning the sensors, taking out the front wheel and cleaning it, taking out both side wheels and cleaning it and nothing seems to work … Is there anything else I can try?

Try a “reset” by removing the batteries for ca 20 sec and insert again.
If this doesn’t help contact the support.

One thing came in my mind.
Did you check the bumper is really free moving?
Nothing sticks there?
