Robovac 11s solid red light, second unit!

Just received my replacement 11s after the first one refused to charge. This one started to “breathe” orange on its first charge, then after a while the light turned solid red (no tone). After a few hours I pushed the “auto” button on the remote and it came off the base, moving around and cleaning normally (blue light). Eventually it got stuck on a cord, so I placed it back on the base and pushed the “stop” button on the remote (it was late and I was going to bed). Now it is glowing red again. No idea whether it’s charging or not.

I’m about to just return it for a refund. The customer service has been great but reboxing/shipping back is a hassle and two bad units in a row doesn’t make me feel good about my long-term prospects.
