On May 14,2021, I called eufylife customer support when my eufy11s began to fail while still under warranty
I very much appreciate appreciate the customer service I received from eufy support team member Augustin.
He was able to resolve the problem for me in an expedient manner and was very personable.
This is a company that stands by their customers as well as their product

May be you can tell us more about the issue and the way it got solved.
But so far, great you are happy with the EUFY-support and the solution they offered.
