Continuing the discussion from Robovac 11 Rotating Brush fault:
I’m getting the same behavior as @rrieber in the thread linked above. Was working great, then I charged it overnight and now it won’t engage. After pressing the auto button on the unit (or any button on the remote), it tries to start up but almost immediately stops and gives me 4 beeps and a solid red indicator light.
I’ve removed all the parts that can be and cleaned them, replaced the side brushes, and even tried running it without the brush. Is there a system reset that can be done, or do I need to send this one in for a replacement?
Help, my floors look like crap!
