Right earbud sound is very low

The right earbud sound is very low. I tried resetting the earphones a few times but nothing has changed. Can someone help me, please?

@Sonia_M_Luiz Sounds like the earbud might have a blockage from earwax, have you tried cleaning the mesh with a Q-Tip and some rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide?
