Right earbud on Soundcore Liberty Neo not charging

I purchased a pair of Soundcore Liberty Neo earbuds in early september. It is October 3rd, and the right earbud is no longer able to charge. I was wondering if there are any solutions to this problem since the headphones are less than a month old.

Try cleaning off the charging receptacles on both the case and the earbuds. You can use a tooth pick with a little bit of a cotton pad on the end…
