I recently had to exercise the Lifetime Warranty on my Anker PowerLine+II with Lightning Connector charging cable. I received the cable last Saturday and I’m very happy with the product just as I was with the original purchase. On today I received this email and was wondering how do I reply. I’m not sure if this topic has been discussed before
If you can’t directly reply to the email, then I’m guessing you can send an email to Anker support and make sure you include the ticket number
