Replace tranformer do I need to replace chime?

I bought the eufy video doorbell and when everything is connected there was a red circle which indicates there is not enough electricity to it. I plan on replacing my transformer, but my doorbell chime says 10-16 volts, do I also need to upgrade the chime even though I am using the wiring provided to bypass the chime?

No you do not need to replace the chime.

Thank you for letting us know your concern.

Please kindly note that the new eufy doorbell comes wired and it must have an existing wire with low voltage transformer for eufy Video Doorbell. Make sure the transformer for doorbell delivering 16-24V AC, 30VA of power.
