Hi. I have two Soundcore speakers that I use together. Recently, when I charge them both with the furnished cables, one goes back to the white light (fully charged), but the other one keeps blinking red…If i unplugged it stays for a while white then five minutes later goes back to blinking red again…I need help. Thank you.

Which Soundcore speakers are you using - please provide the Model
Also make sure you fully charge the Speaker which is turning OFF.
Do the speakers connect to Bluetooth and play sound? If these do not connect to BT source, Soundcore speakers automatically turn off to preserve the power.
The speakers have to be turned off before charging.
Make sure they are not connected to any device.
