I bought the Q10 because of Anker brand name and the price. I had planned to use them with my Dell Latitude 7280 for Skype calls. I am unable to get them to work. The audio is mostly just static and the mic doesn’t work. However, audio plays fine when watching a YouTube video on same laptop. Am I missing a setting or is there a driver i need to download? Has anyone else used these for Skype? Have you used another model successfully with Skype?
