Problem with Soundcore PowerConf+, people hear themselves on the other end

Just purchased a PowerConf+ and having issues where people on the other end of calls hear themselves if I am unmuted.

The only time it works flawlessly is when using Zoom on a Windows PC.

  • Tried connected to PC via USB and the dongle.
  • Tried in MS Teams on PC
  • Tried on both iOS and Android phones using Zoom, any IM app, a regular voice call.
  • Tried resetting the device as per support@anker.
  • Tried switching between single and multi user in the Soundcore app.
  • Am updated to the latest firmware (41.78).

Anyone else have this issue?? Solutions?
