Powerline USB-C 3.1 PD

I bought a couple of PowerLine usb-c cables a while ago, and I tore them down. I found out how many wires each cable has, and confirmed that there was a single e-marker chip on one side. I’m pretty into the usb-c specification, and was able to see how it all worked. Also used my Qway U2p to check the e-marker data.
