Powerhouse II 400 charging brick runs hot

Just bought the powerhouse 400 and I’m charging it for the first time. The power brick that plugs into the barrel charger is running hot, almost too hot to hold. Is this something anyone else has run into? Can’t find it mentioned in any reviews.

Do not use the item any more (danger) and contact the support.
