I have the PowerCore+ 26800 and PowerPort+ 1 and suddenly it will not charge to the maximum anymore? The most that it’ll charge to is the first light and then it will not go past it. Any way I can fix this? This is pretty expensive and I’m very disappointed it’s not working. I’ve charged my phone with it and as expected, it only works to the first light.

You can reset the power bank by using a cable to plug one of the output USB ports into the input port for 15 or so seconds. This will reset the power bank but before you try that I would try a new cable that is the most common point of failure.

What are you using to charge the batterypack? Also how long have you left it to charge? Because of the size of this pack it will take a long time to charge, more so with a small output charger. Im talking something like close to 30 hours if not over 30 hours with a standard 1 amp charger.
Also, have you tried using a new charging cable to rule that out?
