Power core II vs power core Speed

what differences are there between the two power banks? Power core II 20.000 mah, it does not have the Quick Charge 3.0 but has the power iq 2.0. Power core Speed have the quick Charge but don’t have the iq 2.0. Which one is better?

Depends on which device you’ll use it, if your device doesn’t support quickcharge standard you’ll not get any advantage of this. Different case for power iQ, it will adapt to your device and charge it faster it can support.

Were you looking to purchase one? If so, what device are you using? PowerIQ will definitely give most devices a faster charge than average, but if you are mainly going to be charging an Android device, check to see if it supports QC3.0 (or even 2.0 since 3 is backwards-compatible). Most flagship Android phones from the past few years have some version of QC compatibility, as long as they use a Qualcomm chipset. Check to see if your phone supports it - if not, PowerIQ works well for everything else, and if your going to be charging a QC-compatible device and a lot of other peripherals, then get PowerIQ (since it will still provide a fairly quick charge for your phone, and will charge everything else faster).

Quick Charge 3.0 and PowerIQ 2 deliver the same exact charging speeds to all devices (in theory).

The difference is PowerIQ 2 is not certified by Qualcomm, so it is cheaper for Anker and possibly allows for slightly more compact devices. It will make more since for those who do not already own a device supportive of Qualcomm Quick Charge once Anker releases their PowerIQ 2 PowerPorts.

However, keep in mind that USB-C and PD is the future, so the benefit of PowerIQ 2 may become less relevant rather shortly.

Hope this helps; any more questions feel free to ask!

But Quick Charge has a 24w port, while iq 2.0 has an 18w port. in theory it should go faster Quick Charge no? Thanks

If it does not support, it is faster iq 2.0? Thanks

supports Quick Charge 2.0, what’s in it for me? Thanks

We believe that information is incorrect. QC3 is really only 18W.

This idea has also already been discussed in other threads, such as this one: Powercore II vs powercore speed?

Power core 2 has 2 charging ports? Is the samsung s7 charger okay for quick charging of the powerbank in 6 hours?

Yes, the 20000 mAh version has 2 ports. Keep, in mind, though, that the port labeled 12W will not charge your quick charge enabled device quite as fast.

Yes, the Galaxy S7 charger should be sufficient, just not maybe quite the fastest possible because of QC 2.0 vs 3.0.

The charging speed and capacity.

sorry I expressed bad, has 2 ports for charging the power bank? connect 2 chargers to the power bank to speed it up
Thanks

No. The only Anker power banks that have 2 input ports are PowerCore 26800 and PowerCore Elite 20000 (neither with QC or PIQ2).
