Possible to change bluetooth names to easily distinguish between multiple speakers that are identical.?

I have two Soundcore Motion+ in different locations of my house. When connecting via bluetooth, both speakers share the same bluetooth name. Is it possible to rename each device (ie upstairs & downstairs) so they can be easily distinguished when trying to connect?

Platform dependent. On my android devices I can simply rename.

As far I see not possible with LINUX.
But could work with other OS.
