Hace unos meses compré el parlante Anker Soundcore Flare, nunca me dió ningún problema hasta hoy que no prende y no responde a ninguno de sus botones.
Hay algo que pueda hacer? llevarlo a algún lugar para que lo revisen? Que podría haber fallado?? Se puede resetear o algo que pueda hacer para probar?

I understand your problem.
Have you checked the speaker is fully charged?
Does it show a LED when connected with the charger.
If you tell us the type of the speaker we can tell you how to reset.
You could post a photo if you dont know.

El modelo es un “Anker Soundcore Flare”.
Lo conecto al cargador y no enciende, no tiene respuesta, no hay LED encendido.

Ningún golpe, nunca se ha caído. Lo ocupo como altavoz de mi computador de escritorio en la oficina.
Funcionó como todos los días y de un momento a otro se apagó y no volvió a encender más, lo conecté al cargador por si le hacía falta batería, pero no tuvo ninguna reacción, no encendió el led de carga y no reacciona a ninguno de sus botones.

No hit, never fell. I use it as a speaker for my desktop computer in the office.
It worked like every day and from one moment to another it turned off and did not turn on again, I connected it to the charger in case it needed a battery, but it had no reaction, it did not turn on the charging led and it did not react to any of its buttons.

Is your speaker still under warranty?
If so, contact the support.
But please give them time to answer and to solve the problem.
Many more other, severe problems at the moment.
