Pairing my headset

I have an ANKER wireless headset, that hangs around my neck. I haven’t used it for almost a year, and I don’t remember how to pair it.

When I turn it on, a little white light next to the power button on the inside of the neckband flashes repeatedly.

I assumed that it was trying to pair, but it isn’t recognized my my TV or by my iPhone.

Ay help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have the Life or possibly Lite model. If you power off the headset and then power back on but keep pressing the power button for an additional 3-4 seconds, this should put the headset into pairing mode.
