One of my Eufycam's theft alarm does not work

Dear Eufy,

One of my two Eufycam’s does not seem to detect motion. The theft alarm does not function. I have tried everything from removing, re-adding, etc. It seems the motion sensor is faulty.

How do I get the camera replaced?

Me too, quite odd

I have the theft alarm on but didn’t notice any siren going out when I tried to adjust the cameras.
